Q: Why are Pointsmith and AllOver Media merging to become Momentara?

A: For the last couple of years, Pointsmith and AllOver Media have operated as sister companies, and our teams have been working closely together behind the scenes. We’ve seen firsthand how our offerings and expertise complement each other. But even though our combined brand legacy is more than 100 years, operating under two different names made it less intuitive for us to tell our full story in a simple way. 

We realized that to truly deliver on our promise, we needed to come together under one new name and one strong brand. It’s the natural next step in our evolution and will help us serve our customers better, which is the whole point.

Q: What does the name Momentara mean?

A: We help our clients deliver their message at a decisive moment—that instant a message makes its greatest impact—in the physical world where customers live, shop, and make decisions. So, Momentara is about making the right impression at the right moment.

Q: What will change for current customers? What will stay the same?

A: The answer is simple. What stays the same are the people you work with every day, our commitment to getting the details right, and our passion for your business. You’ll still have the same contacts, and you’ll still get the same level of service you’ve come to expect. 

What will change—for the better—is our ability to offer you a more complete yet streamlined set of solutions. You’ll have easier access to our full range of services, from in-store marketing execution to out-of-home advertising and event environments, all from a single, unified team.

Q: What are the key benefits customers can expect from this merger?

A: I see two big benefits. First, simplicity. You now have one partner who can do it all, which means fewer contracts, fewer phone calls, and a more holistic strategy. Second, you get a new level of expertise. We’re combining the industry’s best in retail marketing logistics with the best in out-of-home media. That combined knowledge means we can bring new, creative solutions to the table that no one else can. Our goal is to make your job easier and your marketing more effective. It’s that simple.

Q: What are you most excited about for the future of Momentara?

A: I grew up in business as an account person, so I’m most excited for our customers. I truly believe we are creating a new category of marketing partner that can deliver a level of certainty and performance that just hasn’t been possible before. We’ve put together an offering that I know will surprise people and, ultimately, will help our clients achieve their goals in ways they hadn’t even thought of yet. That’s the fun part, and we’re just getting started.
