Jared Bryant serves as President of Operations, where he is focused on building a culture of operational excellence across the primary production and fulfillment hub in Katy, Texas. In this role, he leads efforts to strengthen stability, consistency, and visibility across operations while supporting the company’s long-term growth. Jared prioritizes operational safety, on-time delivery, flexibility, and quality as key drivers of success for the organization and its clients. He works closely with leaders across plant management, logistics, EHS, procurement, facilities, maintenance, and purchasing to ensure teams are aligned and positioned to deliver strong results. His leadership will help Momentara continue improving performance while operating as one team.

Erik Hale serves as Director of Engineering & Development, leading the strategic direction and execution of the company’s software development and information technology initiatives. He oversees the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of the proprietary SaaS platform and internal business applications, ensuring scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions that support both client needs and operational excellence. By aligning technology strategy with business objectives, Erik drives continuous improvement, platform reliability, and the adoption of emerging technologies across the organization.
